Music, when soft voices die,
Vibrates in the memory -
Odors, when sweet violets sicken,
Live within the sense they quicken.

Rose leaves, when the rose is dead,
Are heaped for thy beloved's bed;
And so thy thoughts, when thou art gone,
Love itself shall slumber on.

Rosario Advincula - Grade 7
10/16 03  Celina Vidar-Butac writes - Rosario Advincula was our classmate when we were in Grade 7.  She was from Montalban and best friend of Imelda.  Yup, she passed away due to H fever.  She's not related to Pura Advincula as she was an only child.
- Rosemarie Cruz-Harrigan writes... Thank you Celina, that what I said earlier, as she was a close friend of mine.

For I am sure that neither death, nor life... nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus Christ our Lord.

Teng Velasco died of liver cancer ten years ago.  Celine and I went to her sister's house so we have her picture.  I made it a point to say a prayer for our departed classmates during our golden year celebration -  Elizabeth, Teng and Rosario.

Rosario died when we were in Gr. 7.  She was a barkada.  I remember that Rosie, Malutch, Lou F and Rosario were barkadas.  I used to dream of her after she died.  She would visit me daw and we would fly across the sky.  Parand true and dream ko noon.
