served the comfederacy. He enlisted September 1864 and was discharged 26 April
1865 at Spartanburg. His pension application listed his Captain as Jack Tompkins.
Gordon, H. W., admitted to Wayside (1st Louisana) Confederate Hospital,
Charleston on 28 Dec 1864 for Rheumatism. He was sent off on 29 December to
General Hospital No. 1, Summerville.
Holiday, J. A.
Robertson, S. E., admitted to Wayside (1st Louisana) Confederate Hospital,
Charleston on 28 Dec 1864 for Dysentery. He was sent off on Furlough 60
days on 9 January.
Straine, J. E., admitted to Wayside (1st Louisana) Confederate Hospital,
Charleston on 28 Dec 1864 for Diarrhea. He was sent off on 29 December to
General Hospital No. 1, Summerville.
Tompkins, James B., born 15 Nov 1848. He enlisted 25 Nov 1864, discharged 9
Apr 1865 at Spartanburg.
Williams, S., died on 7 Mar 1865 and is buried the Confederate section of
Elmwood Cemetery, Columbia
