Finely built plastic models offer the realism, accuracy and custom treatment not possible with die-cast. When it comes right down to it, die-casts are really not models but toys. That is why plastic models will always have the nostalgia and a place for the discriminating collector or individual looking for that special memorabilia.
I have had a passion for building plastic models for over two decades. My offerings have been bought by individuals for their own enjoyment or as gifts and by folks for historical exhibits (Lonestar Flight Museum in Galveston, VA Hospital in Sioux Falls, Federal Building in Indianapolis, for example).

A flat $25 S/H fee will be added to each model for domestic U.S. shipping to the lower 48. Shipping will be via USPS Insured Priority Mail from Colorado. These are fragile items and must be well packed. So this is one of those instances when the normally mysterious "handling charge" really means something. Models are carefully soft-packed for shock isolation. Years of shipping these things have told me that charging a bit more for S&H is well worth it for both parties. Shipping insurance is required and included.
