Just to let you know I have called that Lawyer 3 more times with no answer.
I have sent him a mail with my work phone number telling him if he don`t act or reply soon I will get you to find us another Lawyer for our businees. As you can see he is costing me and YOU lots of money,the interest we lose every day on this fund if it were in our bank is near $90,000 a month.

But before you do,can we trust him? it seems strange for a Law Company to ask for Direct WU payments,be careful of him I dont trust him one little bit,one little bit I say..Normaly they issue an invoice for payment.I think a bank transfer would be best for you and much safer.What do you think?.

Regarding the $4,200 he required, I want you to know that I am financially handicap,(You are? Never) as you can understand that I am here in Togo with my wife and Two kids for safety purpose due to the crisis in my

So please, to avoid delay, something has to be done for the Attorney to get the required documents, which is to say that you should please, please and please try as much as possible to send him the little amount to enable him proceed with the documents immediately, as you know it’s very important and necessary that you get those documents
because you cannot make the claims without having those documents with you.
I called the second line you gave to me immediately I received your mail and it’s on answering machine, hence I decided to write you an email for us to conclude with the Attorney’s matter, as I only have with me the sum of $400 which I am using here for my family care and which is nothing compare to what the Attorney needs.
I also tried to convince him to obtain the documents and get paid immediately after you have received the consignment and lodge the funds into your account and he says such services are highly
prohibited in their chambers and even if the chambers will consider to do so that they must at least receive their consultation fee first.
So my dear Steve, kindly do something for the Attorney to obtain the documents so that you will go get the consignment. I advice you contact him again and negotiate with him so that we can put heads

Thanks for your mail I got yeserday in my inbox and read this veryafternoon.
Well I checked my phone messages after filling my car with gas and water for the trip to
my sisters and noticed you had phoned,1 min either side and I would have got you ok.
I have no problen at all sending this moneys $4,200 only, but do have a problem with Mr
Lazy Lawyer(Mr. Joshua Emeka Ibe).First of all he is sloppy with his work then he can not
be bothered to mail me? I even sent him a mail with my phone/fax and still no reply.
Now if he is like this with us what if he says he didnt get the cash money after we send
our moneys? I have a grave fear for this persons trust.I spoke with the lady at the
Western Union office and if I send this and he cashes money payment there is no proof that
HE was the one who collected it,she says there is a few frauds with this in your country
this last year involving peoples at the WU taking the moneys and informations and selling
it.She also asked about what the payment was for,she seemed very concerned for me for some
reason I dont know why.I told her my half brother was there and needed cash for his daughter schooling,so it worked OK.
I will in the meantime go back to the bank on Monday as I had to give my sister £2000,00 to help her get a new toilet in the house,her son has not been going to the toilet properly because being in the garden the girls next door watch him going and its making him ill.
So I will collect some more cash on Monday afternoon and see where we go from here.
I think we would have been better changing the Lawyer earlier on in the deal as my trust
of him has now gone and I am worried about sending him this cash $4,200 only.
Looking back if we had changed I would have sent it Friday and our business would almost be done.Did I tell you he didnt even reply to me when I asked if he would reduce the fee by 15% for all the trouble he has caused us?, he could`nt be
bother to even do that for us?.
I thought about this on the 6 hour drive home this morning,the more I think about
the Mr Lazy Lawyer the more the alarm bells ring in my ears.
Is it too late to employ another lawyer? I would feel so much better in our business
if we could,to be honest, I am un nerved about him.
What do you think Simon? I think like me you worry about him too but you are afraid it
will cost you,but I will pay for ALL the fee`s for the new Lawyer out of my share
of the funds.I would rather pay another up front $10,000 myself to another Lawyer than be cohered by Mr Lazy.
