+Manga Translation &  Scans+      +My Kare Kano+      +Download+       +Guestbook+     +E-mail+
A word from the webmaster...

My intention of building the site is to provide fellow Kare Kano (a.k.a. His and Her circumstance) fans an English translation of its manga up to the most current issue #17 from the Japanese release. For all the fans who have watched the anime series and are left hanging with the unfinished story, here should be a place where you can find out what goes on after the final act of the anime. So stop pulling your hair out! However, I'm not Japanese and I don't actually know the language. I'm translating the Chinese version which comes out nearly as fast as the original Japanese manga. I'll try my very best to be accurate and detailed. Besides the translation (or summary if you will) I'll also include some of the manga scans for each volume. It's quite a lot of work but I hope I'll pull through it. I truly hope you as the visitor find my site helpful. Please leave a word or two in the guestbook so that at least I know doing such deed isn't so worthless. Enjoy your stay while you're here!

+Site Updates+

The site is under heavy construction and it is being updated day by day. More stuff will definitely be added. Please bookmark the site and come back often.

- There are 17 pages of scans from volume 8 added (see translation & scans > volume 8 > scans slide show). New sections will be added soon.

- Act 37 from volume 9 is done. The remains of volume 9 would be Miyazawa's school play. It's a tough one... quite a complex story. I'll put it up soon and also the scans. Be sure to come back!!

- I have quite a few mp3 from the Kare Kano soundtrack but Geocities doesn't allow me to upload mp3 files. I'm thinking that I should probably compress them into zip... I'm not quite sure on this as I'm a rookie on managing websites. Anyone knows what to do please feel free to suggest your solutions.

The site is born! Honestly I'm not quite sure what I've gotten myself into... after translating one book I must say that it's a LOT more than I'd anticipated. Translating is definitely a profession. I was doing it almost page by page so because of that I'd only completed volume 8 for now (which continues from the end of the anime). I'm working hard on more and I plan to post the manga scans soon.
