"Who is the trash picker?" you ask yourself. Everyone is a scavenger at heart. We all want to get stuff that doesn't cost us anything. However, not everyone will go out there and fulfill their natural instincts to find that diamond in the rough. Oh sure, you think about it, and maybe you even plan on doing so but put it off. Let me tell you that if you've never gone out looking for trash, you don't know what you're missing. And I know that's a phrase thrown around all too often, but it's very true. My finds speak for themselves. Don't think this is just a unique case. If you don't go out and look this upcoming garbage day, there's no telling what you'll miss out on. And if you do forget to look, or go and don't find anything, don't get discouraged! I've had plenty of weeks where I don't find anything valuable, that doesn't mean you give up. Remember that you'll never find anything of worth if you aren't looking. Now get out there and find some garbage. |
