Born on Terra/Sol/Solomani Rim (Terra 0207 UWP: A867A69-F) David is perhaps unsurprisingly a pure blood Solomani. Despite this David has publicly stated that the Solomani Party are "the biggest bunch of coyboys around", and has described the Solomani Cause as being "utter crap". David outright rejects the values of the Solomani Confederation and Party, and is an Imperial loyalist. David is a fervent supporter of the Imperium, and believes that the reintegration of the Solomani Confederation into the Imperium would be the best thing for all concerned.

David did a term with the Imperial Army Cadet Corps, rising to the rank of Corporal (E3) before mustering out. David joined St. John Ambulance Terra, a charitable organisation providing free first aid care to all sophonts in need of treatment. David raised a new unit of this organisation, and was promoted to officer grade 4 and placed in command of this unit.

David attended a university in his home continent of Australia, and attained a Bachelor of Nursing, and has been working as a Registered Nurse ever since. David is presently reported to be contemplating working off world, possibly in another system with Solomani Rim Sector.

During his time at University David became involved in student politics and frequently acted and spoke in favor of sophont rights. David has refused to become affiliated with any political party, expressing the common Australian distrust of political groups.

Last reports indicate that David remains single with no children.

Terra: (Terra/Sol 0207-A867A69-F): Also known as Earth. Origin world of the genetic stock from which all races of Humaniti descended, former capital of the Terran Confederation, former capital of the Old Earth Union, and former capital of the Solomani Autonomous Region. The word Terran (used in the past to refer to an inhabitant of this world or to a citizen of the Terran Confederation) is derived from the name of this world.

Sophont: A generalised term for an intelligent lifeform.

Solomani: Strictly, a member of that human race which developed on Terra from the original human stock (H. Sapiens). The term Solomani is often used to refer to members of the Solomani race (or, more palatably to some, to members of the human race of Solomani descent) or to members of the Solomani political movement. It's original meaning is obscure, but the word seems to have originally meant either men of Sol or sole men.
After the Solomani developed jump drives in -2431, Solomani humans were scattered to the stars in several waves. Early colonisation efforts first settled the worlds closest to Terra; the later conquest of the First Imperium and the establishment of the Rule of Man sent more Solomani humans out, primarily to occupy the former Imperial regions.
