Lady and the Rude Dog

Now when most 2 legged's think of the most memorable romantic movie scene they think of the beach scene with Burt Lancaster and Debrorah Kerr in "From Here to Eternity"... not mama for her its the famous spaghetti scene from "Lady and the Tramp". So naturally when we got a foster that was a cocker spaniel who just happened to be named "Lady" mama started looking at me with that crazy look again (trust me I know that look all too well). The good news is that Tramp did not have to wear any outrageous costumes, actually he was a pretty cool guy for being a cartoon character and all....

Hey wait one cotton picking minute I just thought of something... do you think mama is referring to the Rude Dog as a Tramp?? I think not, I got this role because I am tall and handsome, Nick was too short and not to mention a plate of spaghetti would put him totally out of control for posing. Besides we all know that if anyone can romance a "Lady" its me. Not to brag or nothin' but some have called me the "Cary Grant" of the bearded set. Lets face it, I looked better in my "Zorro" costume than Antonio Banderas. Ya know I heard that some big Hollywood movie producer visited our page and they thought me and Lady had a certain chemistry... we may even be offered the roles of Gable and Lombert in upcoming movie project, hey if anyone wants to leak that rumor to the National Intruder please do!

I must admit I had a good time playing the role of Tramp... after all I got to pose with a pretty swell looking blonde and got a bunch of Milk-Bones to boot... so who can complain? Well Ok, I do have one small complaint... I thought spaghetti was suppose to have meatballs. In fact I distinctly remember Tramp offering the last meatball to Lady.... so what gives, did we get stiffed on the meatballs or what?

Nick
Yummm....
Got any more meatballs?
