Only a few "atta girls" were able to make it to the 4pm Hat Parade on the 66th Alumni Homecoming. However, the balloons sponsored by Gina Blancaflor-Parañal and the group of motorbikers of her husband made the route through the major streets of Naga more enjoyable!
