Lesson Objectives
In this lesson we are going to learn about how the leaf is adapted to carry out the process of photosynthesis.
Introduction.
Aswell as carbon dioxide and water, a plant needs light and a green substance called chlorophyll in order to perform photosynthesis. Remember that light and chlorophyll are not reactants in photosynthesis so they do not appear in the word equation. Leaves contain so much chlorophyll it gives them their green colour.
