Power: Is the camera running?
The young Authoress is seated at a desk. Beside her is a small, purple lizard-like creature wearing a pink bow around it's neck.
MechaGodzilla (MG) (offscreen): Wait, let me check. . . Yes.
Power: *smiles* Good. Welcome to The Interview. My special guest is Deaky.
Deaky + Power: *hug*
Power: First, I'd like to thank you for agreeing to do this interview.
Deaky: Anything for my Creator.
Power: *glares* You'd better believe it.
Deaky: Heh heh *sweatdrops*
Power: So Deaky, how are you?
Deaky: I'm fine thanks, how are you?
Power: Can't complain.
Deaky: *smiles* I see you've been watching Finding Nemo.
Power: *grins* Yes I have.
Deaky: *looks around* Hey, isn't this the set for the Table Commitee?
Power: Yes it is, but it's my Table Commitee so I can do anything I want with it.
Deaky: Fair point.
Power: *huffs* Anyway, who's the Interviewer, you or me?
Deaky: You are ma'am, fire away.
Power: Tell us a bit about yourself.
Deaky: Well first of all, you had invented this Psychic/Dragon Pokemon called Deakon. Then some time in Year 8, you were shown a card of Pikachu's Ghost and that inspired you to draw me *grins*. I originally started off as a fancharacter for Pokemon but you've turned me into some kind of a Dimension-hopper, especially when you threw me into the DigiWorld with Team Rocket's Meowth and a talking Abra.
Power: How is Abra by the way?
Deaky: He's all right. We kinda stuck together when we got back home. We like to travel and climb mountains and stuff.
Power: What other stuff do you like?
Deaky: *thinks* Uh. . . Scaring people is always fun ^_^.
Power: As a Ghost that's only natural.
Deaky: Of course.
Power: Anything else?
Deaky: Lots but I my mind's gone blank.
Power: That's all right. So what's the deal with the bow.
Deaky: *glares* Don't dis the bow!
Power: I wasn't!
Deaky: Some crazy old woman gave it to me. Well, give isn't the right word here - she amubushed me. Never been able to get it off since. The bloody thing seems to have glued itself to my neck.
Power: We're going to delve into your past.
Deaky: *flinches* If you have to.
Power: Your parents were killed by a mysterious Pokemon. . .
Deaky: No, they weren't, you killed them off.
Power: *outraged* Me?!
Deaky: *glares* Yeah. You didn't have to make them dead.
Power: But if they weren't, you wouldn't be who you are now.
Deaky: *thinks* True, true.
Power: Anyway, as I was saying. Your parents were killed when you were very little. How did that affect you?
Deaky: Why are you asking me, you're my Creator, you know what happened.
Power: Yes I do, but the readers don't.
Deaky: Oh right. O.k. Well after my parents died, I was very young at the time, I don't know, I just kinda started thinking "Why should everyone else be happy when I'm not" - I started acting wild. My behaviour was very off-putting for my Masters so they abandoned me when I got too out of hand. I would attack Pokemon in duels, but I mean really attack - I guess I just freaked out. Let's see, it was after my 10th Master that I thought "To hell with life!" so as I was on Seafoam Island I decided I would go and drown myself *smiles* Gee, looking back on myself, I certainly was a sorry mess wasn't I? So I swim out to drown myself when this massive whirlpool opens up beneath me. It made me realise that I didn't want to kill myself after all but *shrugs* I drowned anyway. The whirlpool wasn't a natural one, in fact, it was caused by a Dark Vaporeon - one of the poor Pokemon corrupted by Team Rocket. Now he just happened to be trying out his newly-learned Whirlpool and I just happened to be swimming in that area. So I drowned and when I came too . . . uh. . . yeah, there isn't really any other way to describe it. When I came too, I though at first, I'd survived but look at the sea floor and I realised I was unquestionably dead. That really pissed me off! *winces* Can I swear?
Power: You already have. Up there.
Deaky: Bloody. Whoops.
Power: But yes, you can swear. Just as long as you don't say the f-word. You can use s*** but not too often. Let's try and keep this as clean as possible.
Deaky: *nods* Yes, ma'am. For some reason, when I woke up, I discovered that I had Psyshock - a powerful Ghost/Psychic move which combines Psybeam and Nightshade, feels like a Thundershock but on the mind and is automatically triggered by an Electric attack - and I used it to hunt D.V down and kill him! *pounds a fist into her palm for emphasis* Then after that D.V became a Ghost/Water Pokemon. We started out as enemies but we've gradually become best friends *grins*.
Power: So what happened after that?
Deaky: I moved. To Lavender Forest, near Lavender Tower. I hung round there for a while till Meowth, Team Rocket's Meowth that is accidently got inexplicably lost and wound up in Lavender Forest where he met me. I decided to help him get back to his Teammates. Along the way we met Abra, then we got sucked into the DigiWorld through some random wormhole. Had a whole bunch of adventures there, working for the Evil Digimon in 01 but by the end of that, after discovering that it was us three, who had in fact opened up the wormhole, we opened another one and went home. We didn't really help out in 02 but we kept in touch.
Power: Who out of the 4 main bad guys, and I'm including the 4 Dark Masters as 1 bad guy, was your favourite?
Deaky: Myotismon hands down. He treated us to goblets of soda each evening. He comes across as pretty evil, cruel and unfair, but he was in actual fact a pretty decent guy. . . as long as you didn't fail him, then he was evil.
Power: *chuckles* I do intend to write "Digimon's Team Rocket: The Castle of Myotismon" detailing your adventures, which'll be fun. Myself and my brother certainly had a great time talking about it - "Chatting".
Deaky: *smiles* Any more questions?
Power: This mysterious Pokemon, the one who killed your parents, had powerful Psychic abilities. Was it Mewtwo?
Deaky: Mewtwo? Hell no. He's a nice guy. Very serious but still, a great bloke. No. If you don't know, then I sure as hell don't, in fact we may never know. . .
