Black Condor turned out way cooler than I thought he would when I began the project. I started with a Samurai body and a Superman head. The Superman head doesn't quite work on Samurai's body, so I needed to build up Samurai's neck with some Sculpey. Next I removed Samurai's boots and gauntlets with my dremel. I then cut off the front of Superman's hair with my X-acto, and resculpte the hair with Sculpey. Next, I sculpted on Black Condor's boots, bracelts, dickey, Sam Brown belt, and holster with Sculpey. I then primed and painted the figure and sealed it with acrylic sealant. Finally, my wife made Black Condor's cape. |
