And the winner for gayest looking villian of the Silver age is... Brainiac, Vril Dox! Seriously, I mean the guy wore a pink long sleeved polo shirt, black Daisy Dukes, and white go-go boots. You do the math. Any way, I had to make a custom of this guy if only because he was a member of the Legion of Doom on the old "Challenge of the Superfriends" show. I built him using a Flash body and a Lex Luthor head. After boiling and popping Lex's head on the Flash body, I remove the boot wings and lightning bolts off of Flash's arms with my Dremel. Next, I sculpted on Braniac's belt, his collar, and the computer nodes on his skull with Sculpey. Finally, I primed the figure and painted it. |
