Oliver Queen
	Oliver Queen was built on a Green Arrow base.  I cut off the hat and quiver with my X-acto knife.  Then I removed the mask and belt with my dremel.  I made the jacket, pants and hair with Sculpey.  I then primed and painted the figure.
