Babysitting/Childminding We will entertain and mind your children for as long as required. This will be in your own home, and we will feed (and change) if necessary. We always follow our clients' implicit instructions and these will be drawn up and noted before you leave. The child wil not be left unattended and we will not leave until you return, however late you might be. Shopping Trips We can pick you up and take you to the shops, waiting in the carpark to accept your heavy bags! We can then take you on to more shops, or home. Alternatively, we can drop off and pick up at a pre-arranged time and place. This is a particularly useful service for people who want to do a monthly Big Shop. Added Extras: Give us the list and we'll do the shopping for you! Empty Property Checks Once a week we will call at your property and check that no windows, doors, grilles or security gates have been tampered with. We will check that al the services, eg gas, water, electric and sewage are functioning properly. We will also flush toilets, air the rooms, water plants and empty post boxes before we leave. Any problems will be reported immediately to you by email or telephone, using your pre-arranged contact details Added Extras: We can arrange to have any problems fixed. Key Holding For a nominal fee we will hold a spare key so that if any of your guests get locked out, we can call around and let them in. We can also act as an EMERGENCY CONTACT for your guests during their stay. Added Extra: We can arrange for new keys to be cut. Meet and Greet Service We will turn on electricity, water services and heating as necessary. We will then meet your guests, show them how to operate things and tell them where everything is (including the nearest shops etc). On their departure we will call and pick up the keys and check that there are no breakages or damage. House Maintenance We can do all the little jobs that you don't get round to or don't want to do whilst you are on holiday. We can paint windows and grilles, tidy gardens, clean up patios and terraces...any other jobs that you can think of. We wil call and give you a free estimate before starting, and thoroughly clean up when we have finished. |
