| We welcome you to the much anticipated relaunch of the Scuba World Newsletter. Scuba World Newsletter is dedicated to those whose wanton pursuit of fun and adventure has driven us to the forefront of the dive industry. This monthly bulletin serves to connect to our divers, friends and foes alike, to the latest happenings in fascinating world og Wee. We'll keep you posted on up-coming events, gear reviews, sizzling-hot destinations, and other trivia that may or may not be useful, but will surely be entertaining. We expect to get inquiries, words of praise and violent reactions down the road. We are open to any comments and suggestions so feel free to send mail to gm@scubaworld.com.ph. SWN CREATURE FEATURE: Roger Manibo |
| Mr. Roger Manibo, Roj or MASTAH YODAH as Team Scuba World lovingly calls him, started diving in 1994 under Mr. Boy Siojo who trained him from the Open Water to Advanced Levels. Born and raised in Anilao, Batangas, he started his dive career in El Pinoy Dive Resort and Divepro Int'l as a Dive Master. His familiarity of the area earned him the title: THE DIVE GUIDE'S DIVE GUIDE. His fabled skills in dive mastering took him to greater heights when he worked as a dive guide in El Nido Resort, Palawan and as a boat manager/ Divemaster in Scuba World's M/Y Oceanic Explorer. |
| August 2001 was a very significant moment for the Mastah's diving career when got his certification as a PADI Instructor. He then join the Team Scuba World in June 2002 as an addition to the Team's pool of the finest scuba instructors in the industry. The small but terrible dive instructor who can never overemphasize the fact that Scuba diving is SERIOUS FUN ( just check-out his contemplative mood in the picture). |
