Let me help you! Staying motivated to workout day to day, week to week is difficult, especially for busy professionals. It was bad enough when the health community recommended aerobic exercise to strengthen our heart and lungs. This led to getting on a treadmill or stair climber for twenty minutes three times per week. Now we are told that in addition to aerobic activity, we should be participating in resistance training exercises to strengthen our muscles and bones. |
