Key responsibilities include auditing franchise sites' compliance, sites' new personnel training, conducting customer surveys, managing sales and performance and acting as information channel between BP Head office to carwash sites.

Promoting the new BP Carwash around the Mandurah area during its launching month. Main responsibilities include promoting and encouraging trials, up-selling and cross-selling, providing market feedback to BP headoffice.
CPM AUSTRALIA: TERRITORY FIELD MARKETER
Acting as external field business sales representative for Optus Telecommunication, the position invloves managing the Optus small business customer clientbase around the suburbs of Freemantle, Myaree, Bicton, Melville, Palmyra. Key responsibilities include building OPTUS' brand image and awareness, gathering competitive and customer information, acquisition of new customers, up-selling and cross-selling OPTUS' range of telecommunication services.
CPM AUSTRALIA: MEDIUM BUSINESS FIELD MARKETER
Promoted as one of the first two medium business field marketer, the position was aimed at assisting Telstra's Telephone Account Manager in managing their medium-sized customers who spent between $20,000 to $200,000 p.a. on TELSTRA's range of services. As an extension of TELSTRA's Account Management Team, the primary responsibilities of the position include gathering and relaying timely competitive information, conducting customer service calls, winning back previously lost customers up-selling and cross-selling TELSTRA's range of telecommunication services.
CPM AUSTRALIA: SMALL BUSINESS FIELD MARKETER
Calling on behalf of Telstra to various small business customers, key responsibilities include scheduling and conducting customer service calls, updating customer information database, cross-selling and up-selling TELSTRA's range of services.
CADBURY CONFECTIONERY: TEMPORARY PROMOTER
The temporary position was created to launch Cadbury's new sugarfree confectionery and establish new trade accounts around the Perth Metropolitan area. Key tasks include establishing new accounts, selling and merchandising the confectionery to the new accounts consisting of chemist stores, health stores, sport stores, clubs, schools, cafes and recreation centres.
CREATIVE SALES: TEMPORARY STORE PROMOTER
Conducting Microsoft pre-Christmas instore promotion and demonstration of new computer softwares and hardwares. Main responsibilities include generating customers' interest and awareness, answering customers' querries and demonstrating the products to interested prospects.
DBM CONSULTANT: FIELD MARKETING RESEARCH INTERVIEWER
Conducting door-to-door field marketing research interviews on week-ends. Development of probing, listening and communication skills.
Key responsibilities include meeting directives, research objectives and deadlines.
COLES KARAWARA: WORK EXPERIENCE MARKETING RESEARCH
Running independent marketing research for Coles Supermarket on the feasibility of stocking new range of Asian grocery products and brands in Coles' Karawara store. Key responsibilities include designing and conducting marketing research, interpreting research results and making recommendations to the store manager which enabled Coles to efficiently re-designed its store lay-out and offerings.
CANCER SUPPORT ASSOC: TELEPHONE SALES PERSON
Telemarketing raffle tickets during the association's fundraising season and maintaining customer information database.
