| Our Platoon Leeader, Captain Ernie Blanco, was killed by an Improvised Explosive Device in Qaryat ash Shahabi, Iraq, on 28 December 2003 at 1230HRS Baghdad time. Captain Blanco was a committed Christian, a caring leader, a good friend, and a great guy. He is most sorely missed. This page is dedicated in loving memory to Ernie Blanco. | |||||||||||||||||
