Reasoning

There once was a teenage boy who had a problem he had to deal with. He always wondered what it would be like to smoke and he thinks that if he does he will become popular. So one day he says to himself, “Today once I get home from school and nobody is home, I’m going to smoke just to get the feelin.” When he gets home he starts to think deeply about the matter at hand. He[1] thinks about all the effects of smoking. He thinks of how he can end up with lung cancer and damaged judgement. He thinks of how it can rot his teeth and give him pimples. In order to rationalize what he is going to do he jus says to himself, “This is just a one time things, I won’t get addicted.” Then he [2]realizes that sometimes it just takes one smoke to get you addicted. Once you smoke once you will try it again and again until later on you become addicted. He begins to think what being addicted actually [3]means. He finds out that an addiction is the state of being enslaved to a habit or practice or to something that is psychologically or physically habit-forming. After all this he decided to look up some more facts because he wants to learn more about the affects of smoking. He also [4]check out some notes and letters written by those who smoke, those who are addicted, and those who got off their addiction.
