Upon A River ~ A stone, a river, a tree there all a part of me the path, the glen, the hill I go there in search of my will around the bend I may find a friend but greater still is the fill of my love ~ I cast my thoughts to the little boat I set upon the river, I cast my heart to the ores so that it may row to loves shores the current is swift and true as is my love for you tiny ship upon the mighty river riding out each curve, each crest love in search of rest ~ I cast my thoughts to bird on wing Oh how I long to hear love sing ~ Rain © cls 2003 |
