About Seahorse Soap ~
Seahorse Soap is a homebased company located in Alachua, Florida, not far from the University of Florida in Gainesville.  Disillusioned by the chemical and detergent additives used in commercial products, we were determined to do a better job that was more in line with our principles.  Our soaps are formulated using vegetable oils, herbs, essential oils and other botanicals for superb cleansing and lathering abilitiy and beneficial treatment of your skin. We are thrilled to offer them to you, and know that once you try handcrafted soap, you will never go back .
About Me...
I grew up in the Florida Keys, which left me with a lasting love and appreciation of the ocean.  I often rode my horse and beachcombed along the beach shown below. Nothing soothes my soul like the sea!  My husband is a professional fisherman in the Gulf of Mexico; we have two teenage sons who make life interesting to say the least! I garden organically, growing many of my own herbs, enjoy using aromatherapy, and also raise Arabian horses.

Seahorse Soap was born of these experiences and varied interests, along with a wish to make someone else's day a little more pleasant . My soaps are very special to me, and I hope they will brighten your day too...Take care, Deb.

Mariner's Tempest (AM Bezique x Royal Esther by *Royal Dominion) my "other" son. Tempest is a purebred 1991 Arabian stallion, of 91% Crabbet pedigree, 100% CMK and American Foundation-bred.  Bred to perform and look beautiful doing it, and possibly the sweetest stallion alive. Look for a new page just for Tempest, coming soon.
