Traveller's Faire: Friday night:

Hearty chicken soup


Breakfast:

Croissants with fruit spreads and butter.

Spiral Cut Ham

Steel-Cut Oatmeal with choice of brown sugar or maple syrup if desired.

Scrambled Eggs with melted cheese if desired.

Assorted Fruits.


Lunch:

Cock-a-leekie soup: chicken, chicken stock, celery, parsley, thyme, pepper, salt, leeks, onions, prunes

Oatcakes: rolled oats, whole wheat flour, lard (or shortening), sea salt

Scotch eggs: commercial bulk sausage, eggs, bread crumbs, hard boiled eggs, bread, butter

Salsa de Carne Fino con Pan y Queso

Sauce made of fine beef cuts served in bread bowls with fresh bread and cheese.

Delicious rice casserole infused with seafood broth and saffron, topped with

fresh shrimp and other shellfish. Served with spiced fried spinach.

Marinated fresh fruits, olives, and other rich finger foods served with a drink made of fruit syrup and fresh squeezed citrus fruit.

Tarta de la Cebolla con Garbanzos del Estilo Italiano

Onion and cheese tart with Italian-style chickpeas roasted and cooked in olive oil and garlic.

Pollo con una Salsa de Limón con Cebada.

Fresh roast chicken served with a lemon sauce and barley.

Natillas de la Leche con Frutas Frescas.

Creamy milk custard served with a compote of fresh fruit.
