We'll be on the water for 4 full days (breakfast, lunch and dinner), plus one dinner the night we arrive. Try to plan for food that can be cooked fairly quickly and easily because 20 other people will be vying to use one of the 2 barbeques, the stove, or the microwave. There is a full size fridge, but we'll probably still be short on cold space. This year, I think we should try to coordinate some meals with each other so we don't end up bringing too much or too little....And don't forget to bring alcohol. Oh and sorry Gwyll, Beckie will not be serving breast milk this year. |
