I am getting married in 4 months to a woman who is not catholic. We have been planning our wedding in Florida on the beach. Is this permissible? We are seeking counsel from her pastor at a non-denomination church as well as my priest. Thanks for your answers.

It would not be permissable here in Seattle. (Of course, we don't have the same nice weather as Florida so perhaps our rules are different.)
There might be other options to explore, like having the wedding in a church and some kind of special ceremony on the beach.
