Campers' Pizza |
1 box buttermilk biscuit mix ½ tsp. salt 1 jar pizza sauce 8 oz. pepperoni slices 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese oregano Add salt to buttermilk biscuit mix and prepare according to package directions to make a stiff dough. Divide dough into 4 equal parts and pat each part into an 8 inch circle. Place circles on grill 5 inches from medium coals and cook 8 minutes. Turn grilled side up and spread on pizza sauce. Top with pepperoni and mozzarella. Sprinkle with oregano. Cook 12-15 minutes longer, until sauce bubbles and edges of dough are brown. |
