Macaroni Casserole
HOME
¼ c. onion, chopped
¼ c. green bell pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. margarine
½ lb. hamburger
1 can chicken gumbo soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 to 1 ¼ c. water
salt and pepper
2 c. macaroni

Saute onion and bell pepper in margarine.  Add hamburger and cook until brown.

Add soups and water; salt and pepper to taste.

Gradually stir in uncooked macaroni.

Cover and cook until macaroni is tender.  Add more water if necessary.
