Marinara Sauce
HOME
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 can Italian tomatoes
1/3 c. water
1 Tbsp. oregano
1Tbsp. basil
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until soft.  Stir in tomatoes with liquid, 1/3 c. water, and seasonings.  Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.  Stir occasionally to keep from sticking.  Serve over pasta.
