Root Beer
HOME
4 lbs. granulated sugar
4 lbs. dry ice (buy 5 to end up with 4)
1 bottle root beer extract
5 gallons water


Use an 8 to 10 gallon pot to fit all ingredients.
Dissolve sugar in 1 gallon of warm water.
Add other ingredients (fun to watch!).
The root beer is ready to drink when the dry ice is dissolved.
