Spanish Rice & Franks

6 hot dogs
¼ c. oil
½ c. green bell pepper, diced
½ c. onion, chopped
2 c. Minute Rice
16 oz. tomato sauce
cheese
1 tsp. salt 


Cut hot dogs into 1 inch pieces.  Brown lightly in oil with green pepper and onion.

Add Minute Rice, tomato sauce, cheese, and salt.  Bring to a boil; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serves 6.
