Whole Wheat Pancakes
HOME
½ c. whole-wheat flour
½ c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. sugar
½ tsp. salt
¼ c. dry milk
¼ c. dried eggs
¾ c. water
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil


Mix dry ingredients.  Stir in water, adding a little at a time to make a medium-thin batter.  Blend in 2 Tbsp. melted margarine.

Add vegetable oil to the pan.  When oil is hot add batter to make about 3 inch diameter cakes.

Cook until cakes look dry around the edges and the bubbles don't close up after bursting.  Turn neatly and cook until bottom is done.
