1	After Meeting with client - Analyzed the Client's Requirements.
2	Started Working On Deliverables - Created the Initial version of Project Management Plan.
3	Read through all deliverables to make sure everything is right and worked on creating PERT CHART using Microsoft Project.
4	Uploaded the PERT CHART on the project website and started to write the "USE CASE DESCRIPTION" detaily.Preparation for first project presentation.
5	As the project will be developed using JSP.Started to refer books and online tutorials regarding JAVA and JSP.Creation of ER-Model(logical) using Microsoft VISIO.
6	On the process of studying about JSP.
7	Started Initial coding by developing the classes assigned to me.

10	Correction of Errors in the module faced during integration.
11	Created a new version of test plan including new test cases and finished the documentation for test plan and test results.

Log of individual technical or management issues and their resolution:

• Some changes in the data type in the fields of the table designed had to be made,as there was conlicts in addtition of data into the database.



• Also Some new methods had to added in the classes developed,like the delete method had to be added in the competition clasas to achieve the functionality.

• No defects found so far.

Notes, lessons learned, etc

• To meet the client’s requirements correctly,2 or more meeting is certainly required.



• It tooks us more time to develop and modules and Integrate them than we expected,so I think coding should have been started as soon as the design was done.



• As the scope of our project was huge we were not able to complete all the requirements.



• Learnt how to use Microsoft Project and Microsoft VISIO for the first time.They are really helpful tools.
