Registration

Project Planning 

Most of the NGOs have dreams to implement, which can help the underprivileged and marginalized people but do not have competent or qualified persons to synchronizing their ideas in a communicating and consequential way. Funding

According to reports the cake of funds available to NGOs in the world is as large as $1000 billion per annum.  Most of Pakistani NGOs are deprived of their just right in this cake. India, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Bhutan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Vietnam, African and Latin American countries are having lion’s share from the funding pool. The basic reason is that Pakistani NGOs are unaware of Donor Agencies, their programs, ignored of procedure involved, and their requirements. As a mater of fact, Pakistani NGOs operators put their more attention towards their scare resources provided by the local donors. These resources are always limited so Pakistani NGOs have to render their services at very small scale. Most of Pakistani NGOs even do not try to reach to International Donor Agencies because of their lack of knowledge. In addition to International Donor Agencies, large NGOs of the world also try to select their local partners to execute their intended projects in developing countries.

Operations

Pakistani NGOs are definitely playing a vital role in serving humanity in the various socio-economic segments. But they always have to face problems in selecting human resource to execute their projects in the manner they intended to accomplish it. They also have to confront with various Government Agencies, which some time are not helpful and co-operative.

Project Reporting   

The majority of the International Donor Agencies require proper and timely reporting of the projects, to ensure that the funds are being utilized properly as per plan and evaluation the effectiveness of the project on the masses qualitatively and quantitatively. They also visit the projects to monitor the developments and for assessment of further requirements for continuation of the project or otherwise.
