Dr. Mehmood-Uz-Zaman

Dr. Zaman did his first class M.Sc. from University of Sind in 1984 with Gold Meddle. He served Balouchistan University for five years and then proceeded for his Ph.D from Okayama University in Japan. He occupied a position as Managing Director of Shinto Industries for three years. Thereafter he joined a leading NGO of Japan as Secretary General. During his stay in NGO, his closed interaction with international Donor Agencies/Institutions induced him to set up his own consultancy in 1995. Since the he is the Chairman of SEC.
