2004 TO ALL SECRET AGENTS!!
HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU ALL!!
After taking a short break during the festive season the Secret location is back
in 2004 with a big year planned ahead!
Here’s a hint of what we have in store for you this year! (not in
order)
1) The much anticipated Beach Resort Party which will be a full
24hr non-stop dj session under the sunshine, on the
beach, by the poolside, under the moonlight, by the fire until your hearts
desire…!! A lot of planning and setting
up will be involved in this one and the rumour has it that it will be held in
May!!!
2) Limited Edition releases of official mixed cd
compilation by the Secret location. The first compilation is already earmarked for a 6th
Feb release titled “Chilled Locations”. Featuring atmospheric soundscapes to jazzy modern tales, a must have for those
astute chillout music lovers outthere! Click here for more

3) Revamping of this website to give it a fresher look! www.secretlocationfiji.com has
already been registered and linked to this present site. Its just a matter of
time until the new site is up and running!
4) Chillout/Lounge/Ambient/Leftfield/Downtempo/Laidback,
..sounds familiar and like that genre of music? Then this year you’ll be up for
a few special Chillout events organised by Secret location at some
of the finest lounges around Suva and Nadi where you
could leave your worries at the door and relax and unwind yourself while the dj’s spin tunes that would move right through you and give
you a total body massage without anybody even touching you..!! ;))
5) And of cause, without a doubt, our usual Secret location parties
at some of the different locations around which would move you though the
system!! House, Progressive, Breaks, Funk, Techno and Trance..!!!
We may also throw in a few little things in between to keep the
spices flowing…

Yes folks, we are back to rock you this festive season again!!
Due to popular demand Secret location will be show casting yet another quality dance music line-up at
the original VOODOO LOUNGE venue.
Be prepared for the fresh onslaught. And this time around we are giving
opportunity for members and non-members alike to come and experience the event
for themselves and get a taste of 100% prime lean mean dance music cuisine with
the compliments of the Secret location team!
For all you new folks outhere, VOODOO LOUNGE is located 4 floors
upstairs in Cumming Street, Suva opposite Lords Jewellers and right next to
Harrison’s Unusual Casuals Store. Overlooking the awesome
Suva City view like no other.
However, last time some of our members got a bit confused between
Voodoo Lounge and Diamonds Nightclub since both are right next to each other.
So please do not get confused, Voodoo Lounge is the correct place and Diamonds Nightclub is NOT! Regardless, but
please make a note of this number to call us on the night if you are still
unsure – 9264379.
Now, if you know a friend or a foe who may be interested in
dance music then bring ‘em along and experience the underground scene of

FREQUENCY LOUNGE (NADI) - REVIEW
A brand new joint that’s freshly opened up in the jet set town Nadi. Located between the Bounty Restaurant and Dominion
International Hotel, Frequency Lounge
has definitely set new standards for other restaurants/pub/clubs/bars in
We were lucky enough to experience it ourselves for the first
time about two weeks ago during the game between Fiji-Scotland.
The layout, color scheme and the
lights make you feel as you were someplace else and NOT in
We had an opportunity to view their slick dj
booth that would make any seasoned dj want to get up
there and rock the house down!
Top of the range Pioneer Dj System
definitely had me thirsty for it. ;-)) but my thirst was later taken care of by
their efficient bar service. And later food!, we had serving of their Pizzas
and Pasta , the quality of the food was simply excellent.!
Later during the night, to top it all off, they had some quality
dance music pumping through their powerful sound system while everyone enjoyed
their drinks at the bar and projector screen was streaming away Paul Van Dyk’s brand new DVD. ….WOW, that was one great experience
for sure!
But that’s not it folks…. we managed to sneak into their VIP
Lounge which was an absolute bliss!!!
HA! Now that’s something we’ll leave it for you lil kiddies to experience it for yourselves!! So, if you in
Nadi or going to be in Nadi
anytime soon, then make sure you check out Frequency
Lounge and see it for your yourself what all the buzz is about!!

SECRET LOCATION_02 - THE
POST-MORTEM REVIEW
Now that the dust has settled down @ The
Lighthouse from last Saturday nights assault by the Secret location members and
their Dj’s. It
is time for the Secret location organising team
to settle down and hibernate during this upcoming festive season. The next one
(next year) is planned to be THE big one but we aint
telling you nuffin yet….
HOWEVER, A VERY BIG THANK YOU TO ALL MEMBERS & GUESTS WHO
MADE IT LAST SATURDAY NIGHT AND LITERALLY ROCKED THE VENUE ON THE LATER NIGHT
SETS!!!!
Also a HUGE Thank Yooos!! to the Secret location Dj’s who are in it for the love and passion of dance music promotion
in this country.
Special Thank You to George who set the
atmosphere straight with his trademark deep/groovy vocal house on his early set
during the sundown!! A pure quality set with the turntables spinnin
them records, his vast experience in dj’ing was
surely evident!
Then Nickweed took control of the cdj’s and this time with more moody chilled, jazzy,
downbeat tunes from the unknown grounds to pave the way for our guest Dj Rocky, who continued with mellow house
and later with a bit more uplifting side of things.
From 9:30pm onwards, Sacha set the
motion right with some deep, dark underground progressive house/breaks that set
the mood right for the members to prepare themselves to be ambushed by Dj Fong-K, who got the crowd shaking
them booty non-stop on the dancefloor! His music
production skills were evident during his set when he sampled the ‘Secrect Location’ voice overs that turned every head
towards the Dj’s corner.
Then at
The two Dj’s whose presence was surely
missed was Josh and Ivor who rocked
the crowd during Secret location_01 but this
time around they couldn’t make it due to work commitments.
However, we have some great pictures to load up on this site and
also a special 30 sec clip of George spinning
the decks during the sundown! That shot is simply amazing, keep checking this
page during the week.

chosen as the second venue for Secret Location.
Perfectly situated at the
Suva Point, overlooking the sea horizon and mountainous region, The Lighthouse fulfils as an ideal place
to be at during that gorgeous sunset that Suva Point is very well known for.
Therefore we have initiated
our Dj’s to quick-start a bit early this time around
to catch that glorious bright yellow sunset while spinning to some ambient

TRAPS REVIEW
Tired of listening to those crappy R&B and other commercial shite in the clubs on your usual Saturday nightouts?!?? Well, we recommend that you check out Traps
upstairs Lounge Bar every Saturday nights (except
on a Secret Location night of cause ;-) )
There you’ll be served with some phat
chunky quality house music every Saturday nights! Their new resident Dj George who has a vast amount of experience spinning them
records will keep you tapping onya toes all night and
if that’s not enough then you’ll could be on the dance floor later in the
evening.
Traps has been a big supporter of the introduction of Dance
Music culture to the Fiji Scene. Having hosted some big local dance music
events such as Deliverance, Kryptonite and having hosted a number of international
Dj’s such as
Dean Millson, Tim Boffa, Dj Felix, Dimitri from Paris, Dj
Marco, Baby Gee and many others. It shows the true commitment and open
mindedness that the management of Traps have towards introducing the dance
music culture.
And Secret Location is glad to have Josh from Traps on its team lineup to enhance this mission even further.

INTRO
Hi Folks, this is a new section that we have added, where we
shall add any news and updates related to Secret Location, so keep checking
this page frequently to stay informed on what’s the latest.
REGISTERATIONS
First up, well as you may have read already, that we have
temporarily closed off any further new registrations and give ‘more’ power to
our existing members. All you guys/gals on our list can now nominate to bring
in your guest to any one of our events. However, since your guest is not a
registered member therefore they would be liable to pay a measly $5 to get in.
Meanwhile, the registered members will already have their names
enlisted at the door hence you lucky buggas can just
get in without a prob. However, we suggest you keep handy with you some sort of
an ID just in case our highly FBI trained staff at the door wishes to ask you
for one. (its only fair, cause you don’t want another person to get in using
your name!!)
