NOTE: This line is still being researched.  It has been folklore for years that Philip Jr. died on his way back from the War of 1812 while with his brother Samuel.  It is said that it is one of the stories told everytime that they have the Seiber reunion.  These facts that I've found March 2002 disprove this story.  Recieved his pension file 5 July 2002 and it proves that Philip did NOT die as it has been told for years.  His pension file included a Bible record.  If you have further information you would like to share I would love to hear from you... Wanda
