Dojo Etiquette

When entering the Dojo, bow, then shoes and other personal items must be put neatly in a safe place. If the student is late, he/she should wait for thr sensei's permission to join the class.

He/she should bow to the sensei befor joining in then blend in with the warm up exercises, if the student is excessively late a warm up must be done in his/her own time so as not to risk injury while training.

Your Gi and Obi should be in good order befor entering the Dojo. A clean body and a clean uniform are respect for others.

Students should bow to the sensei when called upon to assist with a technique. When you are corrected with a technique you should also bow out of gratitude.

To be freindly, couteous and grateful for the knowledge you are recived is the best Dojo etiquette.
