True Love Never Dies

(written by Idile -me. I once again have to say that the characters of Sailor Moon don’t belong to me. The only characters that you have read about and that belong to me are Nyaga, Sailor Proserpine, the demons and some other characters you are going to read about later. By the way, Sailor Moon belongs to N. Takeuchi. Oh, and I took the name Shiryu out of the anime. I think it’s called …um… ”Saint Seiya”. I liked the name a lot, so I’m using it. I’m NOT stealing the character, just borrowing the name.)

CHAPTER 13

Just then the teacher slowly walked in. Someone was walking behind her. Minako, Makoto and all the other girls looked closely at the person who walked in. All of them held in their breath. They were shocked. The new student was a super handsome guy! He was quite tall, about the same height as Taiki ( I consider him tall), was wearing a dark blue shirt, a black tie, black pants and black shoes. His face was the most gorgeous one you could imagine. He had dark green hair, which was cut short and matched his dark green eyes perfectly. He was smiling a bit, what made him even more attractive. Usagi seemed the only one that was not looking at him with dreamy eyes. She wondered why the others were looking at him like that. The teacher stood close to the new student and was beginning to speak.

-Good morning class. I have brought a new student, who will be joining our class next year. Class, let me introduce you to your new classmate -Shiryu. You can take a place (seat) and sit down.

-Hai Miss. -Shiryu nodded and sat down two places away from Makoto.

-Okay, now that that’s taken care of, we can start the lesson. Today I want to…

Minako wrote something, then threw the paper ball to Makoto, who caught it and began to read: “Mako, did you see how handsome the new guy is? I would give anything to get him to go out with me.” Makoto wrote quickly, then threw the paper back to Minako. Minako caught the paper ball and hid it , just before the teacher turned around from the blackboard.

-Is there something that you might be doing instead of listening, Miss. Aino?

-Lie Miss.

-Good then, keep listening, this is a very important lesson .-the teacher said and turned around again.

Minako took the paper and read: “I bet you’re not the only one who thinks that, but weren’t you in love with Yaten?” Minako paused for a moment, blushed and wrote something to Makoto. “Oh yeah , I forgot.” Makoto sweat dropped after reading. She wanted to write back , but the teacher turned around again.

-Well class, I hope you listened carefully, because I’m going make sure of it. We’re writing a test.

All the students began shouting “Oh no!” or “You can’t do this!”, but the teacher just smiled at them and took out the tests. She placed one on each desk and walked back to her table.

-The test has 10 questions, you have 20 minutes to write. Everyone who receives less than 50%, will have to stay after school tomorrow. That is all. You may begin…now. Turn your papers over and begin writing.

Usagi was having problems, but managed to answer some of the questions right. Seiya was having problems concentrating, because he was thinking about his fiancée the whole time. *Oh , how beautiful she is… her hair is so silky… No! I have to concentrate on the test. 13x -24:0.2… I can’t, she is too beautiful to ignore! But then again, if I don’t pass this test, I will have to stay after school instead of being with her… I’ll write this test if it’s the last thing I do!.* Minako did not even know where to start, she had not been listening at all. Makoto had caught some things the teacher said, so she could answer some questions. Ami was not having any problems, just like Taiki, they had both written the test in seven minutes and were smiling to each other. Yaten was not taking it seriously and was writing it as if it were a piece of cake. He looked extremely cool, as always. Shiryu -the new guy didn’t have to write it, though nobody knew why. He watched everyone, as if looking for something.

The bell rang and everyone brought their papers to the teacher. Shiryu did not move from his seat, he also ignored all the girls that came to him saying and screaming something. It looked as if he didn’t notice them. The one person he was watching was Usagi. He did not let his eyes of her. Seiya pretended not to notice that, but actually he was watching that Shiryu guy from the corner of his eye. Usagi handed her paper to the teacher with tears in her eyes.

-I will have to stay after school… sniff… sniff… and on the last day of school too… I don’t want to! -Usagi cried , but Seiya hugged her and made her feel better.

-Hush Odango-chan, how can you be sure? You can’t know how you wrote, maybe you’ll get 100%. Come now, tears hide your beauty from me and I don’t want you to hide your perfect face under them. Besides, I don’t care how you wrote it, it will change nothing, right? So, smile Odango-chan, smile.

-Oh, Seiya-chan, you always know how to make me feel better. -Usagi smiled saying that and kissed Seiya right there, in the middle(almost) of the class, in front of the teacher and their classmates, who were starring with wide eyes at them. They pulled away from each other and noticed every one was starring at them. They pulled away and became really REALLY red. The teacher was blushing too.

-I’m not against young people in love or something, but I’ve got one question: WHY DID YOU HAVE TO DO IT IN FRONT OF ME ?

Seiya and Usagi became even redder. Yaten thought it was a good time to make a joke about his brother, but Minako was quicker and put a hand on his mouth before he could do so. Rei popped up behind every one.

-What happened? What happened? Why are Seiya and Usagi standing in front of the teacher and blushing?

-REI?! -everyone shouted who knew her.

-I just ran here to discuss a few things then I’m running back to my school. Well, what happened? Quick, tell me, I don’t have all day!

-Well, Usagi…and then Seiya…so…that’s why Rei. -Makoto told her everything, but noticed that Rei was not really listening. She was looking at the watch every half a second.

-Oh…yes…okay, I gotta go…bye… -and those words were the last ones anyone heard till she was gone and a long trail of dust behind her was the only thing left, reminding that Rei had just been standing there a few seconds ago. Every one sweat dropped.

-I wonder why she even bothered to run this long way to just stay here a few seconds? -Ami asked looking kind of confused.

-I have no idea. -Minako answered still having one hand on Yaten’s mouth. Yaten was beginning to turn blue because of lack of oxygen.

-Aino…Minako-chan…you might consider taking your hand off of Yaten’s mouth… He’s beginning to change color…-Makoto slowly said pointing at Yaten’s face. Minako took her hand away and watched Yaten’s reaction. He fell down, coughed and coughed trying to adjust to the new oxygen full environment. He looked at Minako, who was beginning to giggle innocently, as if it was not her fault. If it had not been Minako, he would have probably done something, but the only thing he did was sight and then return to his seat.

Shiryu slowly got up from his seat and walked up to Seiya and Usagi. as he approached them, he stopped right in front of Seiya and took his hand out of his pocket. He extended it and said:

-I’m Shiryu. Nice to meet you.

Seiya looked at him suspiciously, but decided it would do him no harm if he shook Shiryu’s hand. So he did shake it and as he touched it, he felt a very powerful energy. A powerful dark energy. It was very strong.

-I’m…I’m…Seiya…Seiya Kou. Nice to meet you too.

Shiryu walked back to his seat looking satisfied with himself. A dark aura was surrounding him only visible to Seiya. Seiya looked really frightened. Somehow he knew Shiryu had something evil, really evil in him. He looked at his hand not wanting to believe what he had felt. Was this just his imagination, or did it happen for real?

-Is there anything wrong? Are you okay?

-Daijoubu. Nothing’s wrong, let’s get back to our seats, the next lesson should start soon.

-Are you sure?

-Hai, I’m sure.

-Okay then.

The next lesson began, but Seiya could not think about anything else, except what he thought he felt. It was strange, but yet, he knew he had felt this somewhere before.

When the lessons were over , everyone went to the Crown Café for the meeting. Haruka, Michiru, Hotaru and Kaite were already there waiting for them. Seiya and Usagi were the first ones that entered the Café. With his left hand wrapped around Usagi’s waist, Seiya walked slowly in. Usagi was giggling, because she liked when he did so. But Haruka noticed there was something bothering Seiya. Although she had never really liked him, but it looked serious. They walked closer to the table, then sat down.

-Konichiwa Neko-chan. -Haruka said. -Nice of you to come on time.

-Konichiwa Haruka-san, Michiru-san, Hotaru-chan and Kaite-san.

-Hello Usagi-chan, Seiya-kun. -both Michiru and Hotaru said with smiles.

-Nice to see you again, Sereni…-Kaite began, but Usagi interrupted.

-Call me Usagi like everyone else.

-Hai Usagi-san.

The others arrived: Taiki, Ami, Minako, Makoto, Yaten, and Rei. They all looked happy, but tired, because they had all had a very tiring school day.

-Konichiwa Minna! -Usagi greeted them happily as usual.

-So what are we going to talk about? -Kaite asked curiously.

-We can discuss what new has happened. -Minako began, then had hearts in her eyes. -How about that new guy Shiryu? Isn’t he just gorgeous?

Everyone sweat dropped, except Seiya, who shivered a little. Haruka was the only one that noticed. She had been watching him ever since he entered.

-MINAKO! -Ami shouted, but Minako was already in a trance. -Too late…

-What I wanted to discuss was how come we got our new powers from Seiya and Usagi? -Taiki asked getting everyone’s attention.

-You’re right, that is strange. We had always gotten our new powers by ourselves, or that one time by Pegasus. -Ami added and everyone nodded (except the Three Lights).

-I can explain that. You know that love and justice is what all Senshi fight for. And I have heard a legend that there are two people who are the most powerful Senshi if they are united. That is: united by love. When they are united, they become the Golden Couple. They are the most powerful Senshi in the whole Universe. I had thought that was impossible, because as much as I know, all Senshi are females. But when I realized what happened to you two, -Kaite pointed at Seiya and Usagi. -I understood it was possible. That is if one of them became a man.

-You mean they are the strongest Senshi? -everyone asked with very shocked faces.

-Hai, but there is one thing. They can’t use their real power, unless they… I don’t know, but the legend says that the Golden Couple must do something. I don’t know what. Until they can do so, they are normal Senshi, like all of you.

-Hey, maybe it is something like before…maybe a kiss?-Yaten said and looked at the others who were blushing.

-Lie. It has to be something special…something different.

-So…does this mean we don’t have that power right now? -Usagi asked and everyone sweat dropped.

-That is what she said YOU BAKA! -Rei shouted at Usagi, annoyed at the fact that Usagi had not understood Kaite.

-Well, you don’t have to shout, you know! -Usagi shouted back and stuck out her tongue, so Rei did the same. That was the beginning of another argument. Everyone in the café was looking at them. The two of them didn’t care, but the rest: Haruka, Michiru, Hotaru, Minako, Makoto, Yaten, Ami, Taiki, Seiya, and Kaite were REALLY embarrassed. Unazuki walked up to them and stood looking at them. Rei and Usagi turned to look at her.

-I would be really thankful if you would stop arguing. Everyone is looking at you.

-We’re sorry Unazuki, -Usagi apologized and smiled. -We’ll try to be more quiet.

-I don’t mind. But my brother told me to quiet you down, because you’re scaring away our costumers. -she said and pointed at some people trying to quietly sneak away from the noise the two girls were making.

-Oh…-Rei said. -Okay, I’ll stop and so will Usagi.

-Great , I’ll be going now. -Unazuki was just about to leave, but Usagi stopped her and made her sit down by their table.

-Sit down and let’s talk. I haven’t seen you around lately. What’s been happening?

-You haven’t seen me because I’ve got a boyfriend… -she said blushing a little.

-REALLY? That’s wonderful! I’m really happy for you! -Usagi said giggling.

-How is Motoki? Is he still in touch with Reika? -Makoto asked the girl.

-Oh he’s fine. He is really excited today because Reika called and said she’d be coming back tomorrow. So Motoki is really happy.

-I don’t think you know some of the people here, do you Unazuki? -Ami asked and began introducing. -Let me introduce you to them…

-I know them!

-You do? -the Three Lights asked with surprised expressions on their faces.

-Hai. Who doesn’t know the Three Lights?

-But let us introduce our new friend: Kaite. -Usagi said.

Kaite was touched inside.*F…friend? They consider me as their friend? When I will be the one watching them die and do nothing about it? If they only knew who I’m working for…they would probably hate me.*

-Nice to meet you, Kaite-san. -Unazuki bowed her head.

-Hai. Likewise, Unazuki-san.

-And very nice to meet you as well, Seiya, Taiki, Yaten.

-Likewise. -Three Lights said smilingly. (But not equally - Seiya was still half thinking.)

-So Usagi-chan, anything new with you?

-Well, Zuki-chan, I’m getting married! -Usagi shouted happily and immediately became the center of attention.

-You are…nani?!-Everyone asked except Seiya and Usagi of course.

-When did you become a couple with Mamoru again? -Minako asked.

-When did you break up with him?! -Unazuki asked, because she didn’t know about Mamoru and Usagi breaking up.

-Mamoru? No! I’m marrying Seiya! -Usagi announced and Seiya took her hand.

-Nani? -Unazuki said, but then was called by Motoki, so she excused herself and left.

-I said I am…

-We heard what you said! But have you thought about the future? The Kingdom? -Haruka began.

-…Chibi-Usa? -Hotaru quietly whispered with tears in her eyes.

-I don’t think you should worry about Little Lady or the future. -Kaite calmly said.

-But you don’t understand! If Mamoru won’t marry Usagi then… -Ami began, but stopped to listen at what Kaite was going to say. Ami knew that she would not say anything if she didn’t know the Truth.

-She will be born and the Future will be the way it is meant to be.

-But we were to the Future and Mamoru was Usagi’s husband and the King. Does it mean that they’ll get back together again? -Makoto asked unsure if her words were true.

When Seiya heard this, he stopped thinking and held Usagi close to himself.

-Seeing the future is impossible! You could have been dreaming. -he said nervously.

-They did see the future. But not their future.

-What do you mean? -Taiki asked.

-What I mean is…it’s hard to explain. -Kaite sighted. -I have been in the Lost Time world. That is where many doors to different dimensions exist. Every door is being guarded by one and the same Guardian. In each 100 years the Guardians are being changed, so they can go to their Planet and help their friends fight evil. The doors all exist, but only one door can be seen when a trespasser enters the Lost Time world. The Guardian may allow him to go through one of the doors , saying that person would go to the Future or the past. What the trespasser doesn’t know is that the Guardian chooses which door the trespasser will go through. And usually if the trespasser wants to go to the Future, he is simply being sent to another dimension, where the future he sees is the one he wants to see and expects to see.

-Are you saying…we went to another dimension?

-Hai. You weren’t in your own Future. Your future may be the same in some things, but not exactly the same as you saw it.

-And what about Chibi-Usa? -Michiru interrupted.

-As much as I know, the Chibi-Usa you saw before was from another dimension.

-And the one that acted as if me and Odango belonged together, the one we saw yesterday?

-Nani? You saw Chibi-Usa yesterday? I don’t know, she may be from your future or she maybe from another dimension, I’m not sure.

-Well then, Chibi-Usa may exist after all. -Minako said. -I am really relieved to hear that. But I have to go now, I have a hairdresser‘s appointment.

-But Minako…your hair looks fine. -Makoto said.

-Of course, I wouldn’t allow that cute hairdresser to see me with messy hair!

Everyone sweat dropped. Yaten was annoyed at the fact that even now, when he felt something for Minako, she was still flirting with others. He’d have to do something about that.

-Ja ne minna!

And she ran away, with Rei close behind. Everyone was looking at them leave, then one by one all the others left too. All but Seiya, Usagi, Haruka, Michiru, and Hotaru. Usagi looked at her watch.

-Oh no! -she panicked. -I had promised to come home early today. Guess I better get going. Bye, Seiya-chan. -Usagi smiled and kissed him quickly on the lips. -Bye Hotaru-chan, San-san, Haruka-san.

-Ja ne Neko-chan. -Haruka waved to Usagi, who was hurrying home.

Now only 4 people were left. Seiya was going to leave too, but was pulled back violently by Haruka. Michiru looked at her partner, who gave her a serious look and nodded.

-Come Hotaru, let’s go home.

-Okay, let’s go. Goodbye Haruka, Seiya-kun. -Hotaru said and went away with Michiru.

Seiya was sitting and watching Haruka with puzzled eyes.

-Now… -Haruka began in her rough voice. -Let’s talk Seiya.

End of chapter 13. Now there ya go! I decided to make this one a bit longer, because I wanted it to end at that point. Anyway I hope you all liked it. I’m kind of trying to make my story as long as possible, because I don’t want to end it soon. Not until I write at least 2 more chapters.
