Alan H. Finegold is a practicing attorney and the principal of Law Offices of Alan H. Finegold. For almost thirty years prior to 1997, Mr. Finegold served as an Associate and then a Partner of Kirkpatrick & Lockhart, LLP, and its predecessor partnerships, attorneys-at-law, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Mr. Finegold is a Director and member of the executive committee of American Locker Group, Inc., and of several privately-held business corporations. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Shadyside Hospital Foundation and the World Affairs Council of Pittsburgh, for which he formerly served as Chairman. Mr. Finegold holds a bachelor's degree from Yale University and a J.D. degree from Harvard Law School. He taught partnership taxation as an adjunct professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Mr. Finegold is a member of the Allegheny County, the Pennsylvania, and the American Bar Associations, and the American Law Institute.
