Philip F. Muck

Director



Philip F. Muck is President and Chief Executive Officer of Munroe, Inc., a privately owned company engaged in mechanical contracting and in the manufacturing of heavy equipment for the steel, petrochemical, and power generation industries. Mr. Muck is also General Partner of P.F.M. Associates, a real estate investment limited partnership. He formerly served as a Director and member of the Executive Committee of Integra Bank and is currently a Director of National City Bank of Pennsylvania, the successor to Integra Bank.

Mr. Muck is Chairman of the Boilermakers Contractors Association, and as such, negotiates the building trade labor agreement. He also serves as a Trustee of the union health and welfare and pension funds. He is a Director and past Chairman of the South Hills Health System, a large community healthcare institution, and served as Chairman of its for-profit subsidiary that is engaged in various health care businesses. He is also an owner and Chairman of Brayman Construction Company, a heavy bridge construction firm, and owns interests in other manufacturing enterprises. Mr. Muck's background includes service as a Financial Officer of a heavy equipment builder and a large carbon steel producer, and as Chief Financial Officer of a large sanitary and environmental engineering firm. Throughout his business career, he has acquired and invested numerous business enterprises. He serves as Director of the Executive Advisory Board of the Ohio University School of Business, a Director of the Ohio University Foundation, and is a member of the Ohio University Trustees Academy. He is Chairman of the Multiple Sclerosis Service Society and a Director of Family House, an organization dedicated to the support of organ transplant candidates and their families. He holds a bachelor's degree from Ohio University. He has taught in the Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
