Pool Training- Where You will first Practice the use of Snorkeling and SCUBA equipment with your instructor.
Classroom Training- Where you will review videos and discuss topics with your instructor.
Open Water Dives- Completed on two separate days with your instructor. Open Water dives are at either Seneca or Keuka Lake.

Course Tuition - The cost for your underwater adventure is much lower than you might imagine, only $400 for instruction and equipment use during your training. S & R UNDERWATER provides the following equipment for pool and Open Water training sessions: SCUBA cylinder (air tank), Regulator, Octopus Unit, Gauges, Buoyancy Compensator Jacket, Weight Belts and Exposure Suits needed for open water dives.
Also included are - Materials including your personal textbook, SCUBA workbook, Divers logbook, and your Open Water certification card. This card is registered with your unique pin number which has no expiration date and is recognized all over the world.
Provided by the student - Each student must provide their own; mask, snorkel, & fins (Many divers prefer to also purchase wet suit booties at this time to wear with the fins for increased comfort). Students recieve 10% discount at S & R UNDERWATER
