You see a little mousebabe hollering at the top of his voice, "Lottery! Getcher lottery tickets here! Paya coin, if ya win, win eleventynine coins!

You laugh at the eleventy nine coins, and look at a piece of parchment. It says:

"This is the lottery. Every two weeks, we will pick a winner in our lottery. In order to enter, you must pay one coin. If you win, you will recieve 20 coins."
