Ok gang, here we go.  I'm going to teach you how to make a psionic device that will make total strangers have a strong desire to participate in BDSM even though they may never have had any such desire before.  What we are going to do is place a pattern in their energy bodies which will cause that desire to manifest in their brains.
First a little theory.  Let us posit two things.  First, that there is an energy field that corresponds to the body of any given individual and everything that is in the genetic make-up of that individual has a correspondence in that field.
Second, BDSM is in some way genetic, that there is something in the human genetic code that causes people to respond to the activities associated with BDSM and everyone has this in their genetic code somewhere, but it does not always manifest as a dominant characteristic.
This is where psionics comes in.  There is a branch of psionics called radionics which deals specifically with using instruments to influence the human energy field.  By means of radionic devices we can manipulate the energy field of any given individual.  That means that we, by means of such instruments, can focus on the BDSM pattern and make it dominant.  When this system is trained on a given individual, or even a place where a group of people are gathered, it can cause a significant increase in the interest in BDSM in the target group.  Given enough treatment, it is likely that the interest will manifest itself in physical activity, i.e. play.
Got that?  For the purpose of this project you will not need a complicated instrument.  A flashlight or a cheap walkie-talkie will do.
First, download and print this pattern (make it small).  This is a pattern that corresponds to the desire for BDSM taken from one of our best submissives.
Now, open the battery case of the flashlight or walkie-talkie.  Put the pattern in the battery case being careful not to obstruct the contacts of the batteries.  This may seem silly, but trust me.  The pattern will imprint itself on the electrical field of the batteries and don't ask me why.  I don't know.
	Now, all you need do is get a photograph of the target and point the beamer at it, turning on the beam.  The desire for BDSM will be transmitted to anyone in the photograph or in the location of the photograph (such as a church, tee hee hee).  If you are using a walkie-talkie, you can take it out with you and secretly point it at a give individual that you are interested in converting, or just at people at random.
