Name of Character- Ami, Rei, Usagi?? etc. . .
Name of your Senshi- Sailor Pluto, Tuxedo Mask. . .etc. . .
Physical Description of character normally- Describe how they look and if there are any changes. Like Makoto's hair is down and brown or Ami's hair is long etc. . .
Phys. Description of character transformed - How the fuku looks and any alterations. Like Sailor Venus has the symbol of venus as her bow button or Sailor Mars' has a cape
Character's personality- There personality or any alterations. Like Usagi becomes less clumsy (yeah right^_^)
Description of powers- Your attacks and ones you have made up
Writing Sample (at least 2 paragraphs)-

Name of Senshi/Dark Destiny- Sailor Nirvana, Destina, etc. . .
Role in Neon Senshi/DD- Leader or what
Fav school subject- Be original
Least fav. school subjest - same
Likes - Be creative yet likely
Dislikes - Same
Dream - Her/his goals for the future and what she/he is doing now to acheive it.
Physical Description of character normally(DD - disquise as human)- Describe how they look, hair, eyes, skin tone, style of clothing, etc. . .Be as detailed as possible
Phys. Description of character transformed(DD - regular form) - See the neon fuku. Primary and secondary colors, gloves, alterations for it
Character's personality- There personality, outgoing or shy, lazy or curious, do they make friends easily? Be as descriptive as possible
Henshin Phrase(n/a for DD) - "[Planet] Neon Power! Make Up!" Describe the transformation.
Weapons - Weapons and there uses. . .stabbing, hitting, shooting, catalyst, etc. . .
Description of powers- must have at least two and there's no maximum limit
History - What it was like having your planet destroyed, what it was like destroying a planet, what was your role in society?
Writing Sample (at least 2 paragraphs)-
