Physical Description of character normally- Erie has Ice blue hair that is almost white which long it hangs around the base of her back. She keeps the side up in two light blue butterfly clips. She has Royal Blue eyes and she is very tall standing at 5'7. She has a graceful build and is quite slim.
Phys. Description of character transforme-Primary Color: Light Blue and Secondary color: Silver. Her gloves are silver and go up to her elbows. They are fingerless and have bands around the wrist and top that are Light Blue. Her Boots go up to her knees and are silver with the two bands like the gloves.
Character's personality- Erie likes everything to be perfect and if it isn't she critizes it. She thinks that she is the embodyment of perfect and that her beauty makes her all that and more. She does have a soft side for the Neon Sailors and would do anything for them as she believes they are all she has left of her former life.
Henshin Phrase -
"Glacia Neon Power! Make Up!"
Erie holds up her sword when she says this and silver liquid ice from the top of her sword down on top of her covering her. When it falls away from her it reveals her bodysuit, boots, gloves and chocker. Then her sign on her forehead glows and small signs come from it and fly around her waist creating her skirt. A heart appears on her chest and it glows and her collar and bows appear.

Description of powers-
Glacia Ice Blizzard
Sailor Glacia spins around very fast holding her sword close to her body. A small sprinkle of snow comes from the top of her sword then turns into a huge blizzard surrounding her. She pulls her sword out in front of her and the blizzard moves to the front of sword. She whirls around once like that then releases the ice storm at her oppenant.

Glacia Univeral Vengence
Used to freeze herself so that she is not damaged from and attack. She becomes a stone ice like statue. This attack is very rare because it takes alot of enery and make her useless in a battle.
