Dream - To become a really famous singer and ecspecially dancer. She's been taking dancing classes and sometimes singing classes.
Physical Description of character normally(DD - disguise as human)- Kouseki is one of those people that light up a room, literally. She has long, wavy white hair which is pulled into three ponytails with pastel green bands and her bangs are left loose. She has pastel green eyes and always wears light, pastely colors. She tends to wear clothes that hang loosely and won't stop her from spontaneously dancing.
Phys. Description of character transformed(DD - regular form) - Her primary color is a pastel green, her secondary a light pink. Her boots are the same pastel green and reach about halfway between her knee and ankle. The tops of the boots are indented with a small v and lined in the light pink. Her gloves are short, like the outer senshi's, and have the same pastel green ringlets, with pink triangles at the top. The triangles coming from her tassel are light purple on the top and light pink on the bottom. The jewel in the center of her bow is light purple, with a pastel green tornado on it.
Character's personality- She's one of those people who want to make everyone else happy. Sometimes she'll spontaneously start dancing or singing. She seems wide awake all the time, even if she only had 3 hours of sleep the night before. She has problems with school subjects that involve an extent of brain power, or give off too much homework. She's lazy at time, putting off stuff she doesn't want to do to the last minute. Most of the time she gets it done, though.
Henshin Phrase(n/a for DD) - "Tellanei Neon Power! Make Up!"
Transformation- After she says her call, she'll be surrounded by crystally wind that will meld into a tornado around her. The tornado will disappear and she'll be fully henshined, ending in her pose.
Weapons - She has a long staff called the "Crystal Wind Lance". It's completely clear and made completely of crystal. At the top is a pair of blades with niches in them. It can be used for slicing and stabbing and she seems to be able to pull it out at random and make it disappear.
Description of powers-
"Crystal Tornado": She lifts both her arms into the air, palms pointing towards the sky, her eyes closed. From around her, crystally streams of wind form into a tornado which moves at amazing speed towards the enemy.
"Tellanei Crystal Arrows": She puts her arms in the position as if she had drawn back an arrow place in a bow. A crystalline bow forms, and when she shoots the arrow about 20 shoot every time she draws back. The arrows are made of clear crystal and use her wind power to reach high speeds.
"Lance Blast":Using her lance she points it at the enemy, a beam of crystalline, greenish energy shoots out of it at the enemy.
"Crystal Storm":She raises her lance into the air and pulls it down, a storm of sharp crystals hail down on the enemy or enemies.
History - Kouseki spent most of her time on her planet performing in front of people. It was one of her favourite things to do. When Destinos attacked, that wasn't any fun for her. Her and her older sister were the only of her family to survive, but one the way out of the planet, the ship was attacked and Kouseki's sister hit her head hard enough, that it killed her. That was even less fun for poor Kouseki. Now she fights to revenge her family and because they ruined all her fun.
