The MRSA (Mp3 Request Site Affiliation) Actually not a anime mp3 site but you can place a request in the forum and the MRSA members will try to fullfill the request. They also have a monthly change mp3 section.
Cycling Anime/J-Pop MP3. Waii! One of my favourite anime site. Luis has a LOTS of anime/game songs and update his site every two week. He also has a video section up ^o^.
Jen's All About Anime. Another MRSA member. Also has a videosection and Kare Kano, Himiko Den & Kindaichi mp3 sections.
Nocturnal Miyu's Music Gallery. Also a MRSA member. Wai, I love all the MRSA site.
Anime Orbital. A MRSA member too. He has a lots of anime/game mp3s up and a videosection.
