| omega weapon ff8: finding him: location: ultimedica's castle >chapel hp:between 111105-1161000 magic: flare, holy, meteor, ultima items: three starts. steal: no items. weakness: none. to find omega weapon have the team you want to battle him wait in thecourtyard at the switch point. switch to team 2. go to the stair way hall (right) and pull the cord there. you will hear church bells. and a timer will start. switch to the other party. go into the chapel and omega will be their with in the timelimit. |
| it was really anonnoying batteling omega, and hard too. but i managed it in the end. your team andg.f's should be at leavel 100. have pleanty of aura magic or stones and holy wars (refine the laguna card) use ceberus at the begining of the battle and have the next member uses aura on everyone. be prepared to heal everyone with a mega elixer, then use a holy war. it you have a pocket station you may have the item freindship. use it one weapon. and summon eden as amny times possible. use irvines limit break, squalls limit break and with quistis use shockwave pulsar. and dont forget to use meltdown on the weapon. |

| To me this weapon wasnt as hard as the one above. but here is a stratagie for you: he can only be fought after ultima weapon, and even though his hp is extreemly impressive, if you managed to beat ff8 omega this one should be pie! he will try to cast confuse on your team so keep focused, use bahamuts overdrive and anima if you have her. use your aeons before your characters are sacrificed to omega. use the most powerfull majic you have and keep an eye on your HP. note: did you know omega used to be human, but he didnt belive and acused the teachings of yevon so he was turned into a fiend! |
