Firstly, I began in 1992...the olde *fashioned* way...pen n

paper...whereby, my handwritings began looking like several different

people had written in my journals. I would look @ the page/s which would

absolutely amaze me...Needless to say, in the beginning I began

questioning my sanity...as we have been brought up n this society signs

such as these **according to what 'They' say** is indicative of

schizophrenia...I was beginning to wonder if I was a little

crazy...wondering if I was to be compared to SYBIL!!!***I believe she had 8

or more personalities hahahahahah...I was skeptical!

Seriously...my handwriting began changing whereby it was not anything

like mine...I now as of 1 year have obviously a computer...my typing

skills lack...however if you are more comfortable w/ this medium I

suggest you try this.

My advice and I strongly Strongly Urge you to begin by...Protecting

yourself...now, you may all ready have a certain way you do this, if not

hope this can work for you...I begin by bringing Spirit's Golden White

Divine Light all around me...I then ask /request that only the Highest

and Purest of such come forth...henceforth, it is recommended that one

begins their writings at approximately the same time every day/night!

Some people work w/ their Energies/Guides/Angels early morning ...some at

night...it doesn't matter...the Guides will come forth eventually if not

immediately. They are busy as we are busy here on this planet...When we

begin this is will become easier...that is with whichever medium so

chosen by you.

If for any remote chance you begin feeling Uncomfortable...ill @

ease...Immediately...stop and say NO! You are the one in control...not

them...they began w/ me very slowly in the beginning...babysteps...and

it is now I Understand why! Regardless, I was not happy about it b/c I

didn't understand...

Not all of your Guides will have the same way of speaking...my Energies,

Guides, and/or Angels are not alike ...some are hilarious...some are so

flippin' serious...they range from 1 end of the spectrum to the

other...the continuum is constantly swinging! hahhaha

Pay attention to your thoughts....as they are so subtle at times...it is

almost as if they are your thoughts but not...it takes time to get

accustomed to *hearing* them...let it slowly but surely blossom as they

are getting used to you and how you hear them as you are with them...

Conclusively...nevertheless this process is only one of many ways

or vehicles we have as available to us. I also suggest when you are

comfortable w/ whatever medium you might want to pursue other

avenues...In-order to communicate w/ your GUIDES they will guide and

direct you!!!! This is due to the fact the Energies once they have

completed their "assignment" they leave in that others will become

your assistant and guardian!

Automatic writings may or may not be your choice or preference of tools

available...wherefore because this is what has worked for me does not

necessarily mean it will for you... HOPEfully you will this somewhat

helpfull for you if you so choose!

I feel I should add one more vehicle as my Guides seem to want you to

be aware of the birds and animals you see for some are shapeshifters

some are bearers of spirit messages...Pay Attention...keep a journal and

make a notation of either a feeling...thought..note the # of

birds...just take notes of Everything you see..feel...hear...touch...et

al....for this is also a very strong medium of communication...I am

still learning about this.

NOTE!! each animal/bird individually have specific medicine/meanings to

that w/whom they bring messages!...if u have any questions about the

various birds...animals..you are free to contact me and I can not only
