ARTIST BIOGRAPHY
       Jessica Keller is an award winning artist.  She was born in Fresno, California, and has made Northern and Southern California her home since 1978, until moving back to Fresno in 1998.
       Her interest in painting began as a child.  She works in various media, sometimes mixing them to achieve just the right affect.  Her subjects range from portraits to colorful landscapes and she has a special fondness for her pieces she's done depicting Polynesian culture.  Most recently she has been exploring nightly dreams and emotions in her art.
       Ms. Keller's first solo show was in the Spring of 1998 in Northern California which brought forth her art being featured on "Artist Alive" , a 30 minute television interview with Ms. Keller.  She has participated in the 1998 KVIE (PBS) Art Auction in Sacramento with a successful over bid and the 1999 and 2001 KVPT (PBS) Art Auction in Fresno, California.  For the past several years she has had many entries in the Yuba/Sutter and the Fresno County Fair receiving four- 1st place, four-2nd place, and one-3rd place in addition to the Arts Council Award depicting "Family Celebrations".  She has been a participating artist in the Arts in Public Places Program in Yuba/Sutter County for two years.  Jessica has participated in many open shows and competitions including the 23rd Annual Open Show at the Tower Theater Gallery in Roseville, California, and the October Exhibit at the Golden Valley Art Center in Marysville, California, winning a 2nd place award.  She also has art as far away as Australia and New Zealand.  Jessica is currently the Art Director for the MDA Summer Camp for disabled children in Fresno County.  Most recently she exhibited for the second year at the annual Klovis Kona Luau in Clovis, California.  Currently her work can be seen at MDA Art Collection in Tucson, Arizona and Clovis Travel Service in Clovis, California. 
Jessica's desire is to convey a sense of serenity and to share the beauty of Polynesia with those who view her work.
